Full Job Description
Leveragesector-specific knowledge to inform data analytics (D&A) strategy,transformation, or solution design engagements. Assist clients in understandingthe broader D&A journey, its implications, and collaborate with engagementteams to provide domain context necessary for delivering meaningful andeffective insights from D&A solutions. Conduct interviews, surveys,workshops, and market research to gather client and market information.Identify and document client requirements, styles, and preferences forvisualizations within sectors of expertise. Support the design, management,execution, and implementation of complex analytical and statistical models.Assess, capture, and translate complex business needs and existing organizationD&A maturity levels into a structured strategy for D&A capabilitydevelopment, including role and process design, analytics use case ideation,and technology roadmaps with the ability to explain data and analytics conceptsto non-technical team members. Utilize statistical methods to explore data, andidentify key trends and insights from multi-faceted, high-dimensional data.Formulate hypothesis-driven, problem-solving approaches to design and reviewall aspects of data visualization with clients. Collaborate with datascientists to create diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive insights. Rapidlyiterate, prototype, and implement visualizations that meet client needs.Consider composition, color, texture, and optimize information density for thetarget user. Support project leaders in tracking and communicating projectrisk, budgets, rates, and launch/closeout activities, including theadministration of work papers and collaboration sites.

WORKSCHEDULE : 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00a.m.-5:00 p.m.)

JOBREQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent inComputer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or arelated field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degreeor foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science,Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's,progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years ofexperience with the following: Analytics solution design, data visualization,and applying advanced analytics and statistical methods to solve businessissues; Developing business operational process and financial data modeling forFinancial Services, Government or Healthcare sectors for process-specific datatransformation; Designing data visualization interactive user interfaces forlarge-scale implementation of over 100 or more users; Using Alteryx, MicrosoftSQL, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks for building comprehensive dataengineering processes; Implementing and developing large-scale visual analyticssolutions using Power BI and Tableau; SQL and Python; Utilizing mainstreamcloud infrastructures including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and GoogleCloud; and Applying Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles to optimizeproject planning, execution, and delivery.

Travel to various locations throughout the US requiredup to 50%.

Telecommuting may be permitted within commutabledistance from the office location depending on business need.
