Full Job Description
The Manager of Advisor Platform leads a team that supports the Advisor Platform and develops platform roadmap. Lead a team of Product Owners that serve as the voice of the customer and owns the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, ensuring solutions align with business priorities, deliver measurable value, and maximize adoption across the organization. This role is also responsible for business process models and requirements documentation for technology projects.

What you'll Do:
  • Manage and supervise the priorities, workload capacity, and deliverables of Business Analysts and Product Owners.
  • Provide guidance or direction in requirements approach and in problem statement formation.
  • Facilitate group meetings such as requirements gathering sessions and workshops.
  • Balance technology and business issues and communicate appropriately with both technology and business experts.
  • Develop, define, and build business cases that will enable business and technology change.
  • Recommend technology solutions to improve business decision-making with a focus on core systems, technology strategies, and standards.
  • Act as a liaison and participate in defining technology solutions to solve complex, multidisciplinary business problems with long-term implications.


What You Bring:

  • Undergraduate degree from a four-year accredited college or university.
  • A minimum of 3 - 5 years relevant experience; financial services and/or operations analysis experience preferred.
