Position: Manager, Advanced Analytics
Job Location: 850 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066
Duties: Owns workstreams and individual analytics related projects end-to-end for a business area, category, or prototype. Help with risk associated with implementation. Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning. Works with leadership/business partners to discuss and understand goals/functional objectives and key business challenges to develop hypotheses around current and future business issues; identifies functional analytics and research objectives and develops tactical research plans. Advises on next steps based on objective insights and research. Presents actionable recommendations to Directors to inform strategic and tactical functional initiatives. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with leadership and other key stakeholders.
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or the equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Data Science, or related field; OR Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Data Science, or related field and 2 years of experience in data analytics or related field.
Skills required: Experience with querying and transforming large datasets using SQL (Google BigQuery). Experience with performing statistical modeling and predictive analytics using Python, and R. Experience with designing and developing data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI. Experience with developing and applying attribution models and media mix models for marketing performance measurement. Experience with implementing machine learning techniques for customer segmentation and forecasting. Experience with developing automated quality assurance and data validation frameworks to monitor data accuracy. Experience with designing measurement frameworks to connect business objectives with campaign-level KPIs. Experience with building and maintaining ETL processes and data pipelines. Experience with building and automating client-facing dashboards and reporting solutions. Experience with automating repetitive reporting and operational processes using Python and data workflow tools. Experience with conducting web and campaign analytics using Adobe Analytics. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
Salary Range: $112,228/year to $202,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
