About the team: The team leads Walmart Search's data science and measurement strategy, collaborating with senior leaders to drive business growth. They develop the analytical roadmap for ranking, relevance, and monetization while building an advanced self-serve analytics platform to accelerate insights. The team designs and executes large-scale experimentation programs, including A/B testing across search ranking, user interface, and monetization features. By applying advanced analytics and machine learning, they focus on innovation and impact to enhance customer experience and business outcomes. Strong leadership, project management, and collaboration skills are essential to their success.
What you'll do: - Lead and develop a high-performing advanced analytics team to deliver impactful business insights and solutions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional partners to identify key challenges and develop data-driven strategies.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of complex data models and algorithms to support business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end project execution, including risk assessment, testing, and validation of analytical solutions.

- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating analytics effectiveness and adopting innovative techniques.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
