- With general direction, performs basic to highly complex consulting analyses (e.g., operations improvement, Human Resources, organizational design, etc.) to support client business needs.
- Coordinates the collection of client, industry relevant, and other related market data to support consulting analyses.
- Ensures accuracy of entered data and consults primary sources to clarify any issues or discrepancies, as necessary.
- Escalates issues as necessary.
- With general direction, prepares basic to highly complex sections of management consulting reports.
- Creates basic recommendations for improvements to client programs.
- With general direction, contacts clients to collect or review initial datasets.
- Organizes and participates in project review sessions.
- Meet with clients to discuss recommendations and implementation plans, as appropriate.
- Provides project status updates to clients, as required.
- May perform task leadership activities.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Collaborates with sales staff to create proposals in response to current and potential client requests for proposal (RFPs).
- Reviews draft proposals for adherence to firm, industry, state, local and federal regulations and best practices.
- Meets with current and potential future clients to review their current and future organizational needs.
Skills & AbilitiesStrong knowledge of corporate governance practices, organization design principles, accounting principles, finance, supply chain management, and organization management. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to understand highly complex technical, professional and business materials.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 7 years of related experience. Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands. Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

This pay range is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels for the geographic location assigned to the position. In addition to geographic location, a candidate's salary is determined by several other factors including, but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, relevant work experience, skills, required certifications, and education/training.
