The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a Management Analyst, SME in support of a program whose initiative is aimed at combating evolving and emerging threats, supporting related exploitation and replication activities, and advancing operational rehearsal, exercise, wargaming, and counter system development. Additionally, we are focusing on integration and experimentation, including Modeling and Simulation.

Responsibilities:

The Management Analyst, SME to provide strategic leadership and high-level technical guidance for complex defense programs. The SME is responsible for the strategic architecture of organizational systems, high-level policy interpretation, and technical management for major tasks and technology initiatives. This position requires a seasoned professional who can independently lead organizational studies, provide expert consultation to senior leadership, and drive process improvements across multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Provide strategic architecture and design of organizational systems and processes
  • Lead high-level policy interpretation and develop technical management frameworks
  • Conduct comprehensive organizational studies and program evaluations to optimize mission effectiveness
  • Define methodologies for complex data collection and analysis efforts
  • Analyze organizational bottlenecks and inefficiencies, recommend solutions
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of process improvements
  • Prepare and deliver strategic briefings, technical reports, and management recommendations for executive leadership
  • Mentor and provide technical direction
  • Support program management activities including cost, schedule, and performance analysis
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across geographically distributed locations


Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or related analytical field

  • 10 years of minimum experience or 15+ years relevant experience in lieu of degree.

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance


Desired:

  • Master's degree (MBA or related field) strongly preferred
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Management Consultant (CMC) are highly valued
  • Experience with Army or DoD modeling and simulation programs
  • Experience supporting C5ISR or DEVCOM programs
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience with cost-benefit analysis and financial management in defense contracting
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
  • Experience with LVC (Live, Virtual, Constructive) environments

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
