Responsibilities:- Work in an agile team environment to design, implement and test build processes to support the entire SW lifecycle.
- Identify and implement the most optimal cloud-based solutions for the Sponsor’s environment
- Proactively identify and communicate systemic inefficiencies and propose solutions that are reasonable to implement and will have measurable organization impact
- Create and present design documentation and participate in design reviews for build processes.
- Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines to deploy code using Git/Jenkins.
- Perform peer reviews and share O&M responsibilities with other members of the development team.
- Ensure users are provided efficient and timely support to incidents and service requests.
- Implement and maintain system monitoring tools/metrics to ensure the health of all services.
- Support the team in the creation and maintenance of documentation for standard operating procedures and provide on-call support.
- Operate effectively across organizational boundaries and manage competing priorities between teams
- Collaborating with cross-functional team including software developers, database admins, system engineers and managers to resolve issues
Qualifications:Required:- Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance, with polygraph
- 7+ years’ background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Cyber Forensics, Engineering, or other related discipline, or equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, training and work/military experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in software engineering, application development and/or web application development and deployment
- Minimum 5 years of production AWS experience with demonstrated proficiency in AWS CDK for Infrastructure as Code
- Experience with incident and problem management. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex problems in Web based distributed systems
- Experience in implementing and/or developing solutions to monitor software systems
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and experience working in Agile team environment
- Experience working with source code management tools such as GitHub, or GitLab Git, JIRA, Jenkins
- Demonstrated experience with Linux and DevOps practices
- Experience with any one of scripting languages (e.g. bash, python)
- Planning, designing and developing cloud-based applications
- Managing cloud environments in accordance with Sponsor Security guidelines, reviewing scans and lockdown OS and cloud infrastructure
- Demonstrated experience implementing cross environment data feeds
- Experience in deploying third party applications from vendor space to the client environment
- Demonstrated experience deploying and debugging cloud initiatives as needed in accordance with best practices throughout the development life cycle
- Demonstrated experience with containerization using Docker, Podman, Kubernetes
Desired:- Experience developing in multiple object-oriented programming languages (Ruby, Java)
- Experience with Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
- Ability to automate repetitive and mundane tasks that could be automated
- Familiarity with TypeScript/Node.js, Express.js/NestJS backends, Lambda serverless functions, type-safe infrastructure patterns
- Familiarity with React’js or Vue.js
- AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Professional Certification
- CompTIA Security+ (DOD 8570 Compliance

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$113,200 - $237,800
