Management Analyst in

Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $76k-$81k hourly
Work Location: Onsite.
Essential Functions: Project Management & Operational Support
- Provide project management and administrative support to the Small Weapon Operations Team.
- Monitor and manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, and budgets.
- Support planning and execution activities associated with Marine Corps testing events.
- Track project progress and prepare status reports, briefings, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Test & Field Support
- Support Marine Corps testing activities and operational events.
- Assist with test planning, logistics coordination, and execution support.
- Participate in travel as required to support customer testing and operational requirements.
- Support data collection, reporting, and analysis activities associated with testing efforts.
UAS Support
- Assist with servicing Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), including prototype support, maintenance, and repair activities as required.
- Support operational readiness and sustainment efforts for assigned systems.
Communication & Coordination
- Coordinate with government customers, engineers, technicians, and operational personnel.
- Prepare and deliver professional written reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Support team meetings, program reviews, and customer briefings.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned or required.
RequirementsRequired:- Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting project management, project administration, operations management, program coordination, or related activities.
- Experience developing, monitoring, and managing project schedules, budgets, risks, action items, and deliverables.
- Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD), Marine Corps, or other federal government programs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience preparing reports, briefings, and project documentation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively contributing within a team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to travel in support of Marine Corps test events and operational requirements.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Security Clearance:Active Secret clearance required. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
