PMO Site Operations Lead
The Opportunity:

Project managers touch every part of a business and wear multiple hats, caring for clients and their mission, supporting business development, and enabling the growth of their teams. We're looking for someone like you to help our clients achieve their goals by strengthening engagement, enhancing communication, and providing a consistent leadership presence onsite.

As a PMO Site Operations Lead, you will support onsite program delivery and serve as an integral member of our Program Management Office (PMO). You will build strong working relationships with client stakeholders, establish predictable engagement rhythms, and improve responsiveness. You'll also serve as a communication bridge to geographically dispersed leadership, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely issue resolution.

You will work in a dynamic environment to coordinate onsite schedules, support collaboration across multiple workstreams, and reinforce project management discipline. You'll help connect people, improve transparency, and shape how we deliver high-impact digital and analytical solutions.

You Have:
  • Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships, including supporting engagement cadence and communication
  • Knowledge of project or program management practices, including coordination across multiple workstreams
  • Ability to establish onsite presence, organize team schedules, and identify opportunities to balance productivity with client engagement
  • Ability to communicate effectively with distributed leadership teams and represent PMO priorities
  • Public Trust
  • HS diploma or GED

  • Knowledge of change management, stakeholder alignment, or risk mitigation

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
