Management Analyst / Program AnalystLocation: Hybrid - Washington, DC Metro Area (1-2 Days Onsite Weekly)

Key Responsibilities - Develop executive briefings, reports, presentations, fact sheets, and decision-support materials for senior leadership.
- Conduct program and policy analysis to support federal initiatives and operational improvements.
- Analyze program data and create reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using Microsoft Excel and related tools.
- Research legislation, regulations, policies, and guidance impacting federal grant and program operations.
- Prepare clear, concise, and well-organized documentation, correspondence, meeting summaries, and briefing materials.
- Maintain records, documentation, and supporting materials for program initiatives and strategic projects.
- Coordinate with federal stakeholders, program offices, and leadership teams to gather information and support decision-making.
- Assist with program performance tracking, reporting requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Draft professional communications including emails, memoranda, reports, and executive correspondence.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Communications, Economics, Finance, Political Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience as a Management Analyst, Program Analyst, Business Analyst, Policy Analyst, or related role.
- Strong writing, editing, and documentation skills with the ability to prepare executive-level deliverables.
- Experience analyzing complex data and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Experience supporting federal programs, government contracts, or public sector initiatives.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) or other federal agencies.
- Familiarity with federal grants management processes and the grants lifecycle.
- Experience developing executive dashboards, performance reports, and strategic planning materials.
- Knowledge of federal regulations, policies, and compliance requirements.
Additional Requirements - Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
- Must have resided in the United States for at least three (3) of the last five (5) years.
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder preferred.
