What is the opportunity?
The successful candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for RBC Dominion Securities' Investment Advisors and Associates across Canada, providing expert guidance on fee-based and managed programs. This role is essential to driving sales field growth by delivering comprehensive support on MSG offerings, resolving client concerns, and ensuring seamless program transitions.

What Will You Do?

Product Support

You will be the primary support resource for our sales field-Investment Advisors, Associates, and Branches-delivering expert guidance on Fee-Based Accounts, Managed Accounts, and Wealth Management Solutions. Your responsibilities include:
  • Respond to all inquiries via email, phone, and voicemail with same-day turnaround (95% of your time)
  • Manage the PC USA Investment Representative application process and maintain daily compliance with PFIC and trading rules
  • Ensure correct investment classification for fee billing accuracy
  • Escalate complex issues to the Associate Program Management team for resolution
  • Develop and deliver educational sessions, including MSG program training calls and quarterly presentations at new advisor/associate seminars
  • Generate ad-hoc reports as needed
  • Provide hands-on technical support to the field on platforms including A+ Desktop, Target Allocation Calculator, Pricing Tool, IPS Toolkit, My Proposal, and IPP.


What Do You Need to Succeed?

Must-Have
  • Minimum 3 years in financial services (Dominion Securities experience preferred)
  • Comfort managing multiple concurrent calls, video conferences, and emails daily
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
  • CSC or (CIRE) , CFA Level 1, CIM designation, or proven securities trading expertise
  • Advanced Excel proficiency

Nice-to-Have
  • Bilingual capability (English/French)
  • Front or back-office experience with PIM and/or A+ systems
  • Front or back-office experience with Individual Pension Plans or Charitable Gift Funds
  • 3+ years in a Dominion Securities retail branch or discretionary team environment
  • RBC Head Office support or training experience in fee-based programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with customer-service focus
  • Passion for both technical investment management and the systems supporting it

Pay Range

The expected pay range for this position is:
$67,000.00 - $110,000.00
