About This Role
Dr.Bill, an RBCx company, is hiring a Director of Revenue to join our team in Toronto, ON or Vancouver, BC. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving Dr.Bill's revenue growth and market expansion through our next phase of growth. We're looking for a dynamic revenue leader who can inspire high-performing teams, build trusted strategic relationships, and accelerate growth through enterprise sales, partnerships, and emerging revenue opportunities. You will work across departments, fostering collaboration between sales, marketing, product, and banking teams while translating business objectives into actionable results. This is a high-impact role for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, and is passionate about building and scaling high-performing revenue organizations.

What Will You Do?
Lead and inspire the revenue team to achieve OKRs and sales targets, fostering a high-performance culture that drives results and professional development.
  • Own B2B Enterprise sales strategy and execution, leading the sales teams responsible for selling Dr.Bill to large hospitals and physician groups. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Drive Dr.Bill referral revenue by identifying and capitalizing on cross-selling opportunities to connect Dr.Bill clients with RBC's banking solutions to meet their financial and operational needs .
  • Develop and strengthen channel partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem, working collaboratively with internal teams to create mutually beneficial relationships that expand market reach and revenue opportunities.
  • Own revenue forecasting and reporting, partnering with finance and leadership to provide accurate pipeline visibility, track key sales metrics, and ensure accountability for revenue targets.
  • Develop business cases for new revenue initiatives, market segments, and partnership opportunities that drive sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate across teams including product, marketing, operations, and RBC banking partners to ensure alignment on revenue priorities and successful execution of sales initiatives.


What Will You Need to Succeed?
  • At least 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales leadership, sales operations, or business development, preferably within a B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, or high-growth tech environment.
  • Proven track record of scaling enterprise sales organizations and achieving significant revenue growth in a B2B environment. Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles with large enterprise clients.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, mentor, and inspire high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Experience in enterprise account management and relationship building, particularly with large healthcare organizations, hospitals, or physician groups.
  • Strategic thinker who can balance revenue targets with long-term relationship building and partnership development. Ability to identify market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with strong ability to use data to inform sales strategies, optimize pipeline, and forecast accurately.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.


Nice to Have
  • Experience in the healthcare technology or medical services industry, particularly knowledge of physician practices, hospital systems, or healthcare billing.
  • Existing relationships or network within the Canadian healthcare ecosystem or banking sector.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent in both English and French.
  • Experience selling financial or banking services to healthcare providers.
  • Experience working within large, matrixed organizations and navigating complex enterprise environments.
