Business Analysis
  • Lead requirement workshops with stakeholders
  • Document:
    • Business processes
    • Functional requirements (BRDs, FDDs)
    • Use cases
  • Translate business needs into functional specs

Functional Design & Solutioning
  • Design solutions using:
    • Majesco Policy Admin
    • Majesco Billing
    • Majesco Claims
  • Configure:
    • Workflows
    • Business rules
    • Product features / user journeys

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
  • Act as liaison between business & tech teams
  • Ensure clear communication of requirements
  • Work with developers, architects, product owners

Testing & Validation
  • Define:
    • Test cases
    • Test scenarios
    • Acceptance criteria
  • Support:
    • SIT (System Integration Testing)
    • UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
  • Validate system aligns with business needs

Process Optimization
  • Identify automation opportunities
  • Recommend best practices
  • Minimize customization 12 maximize out-of-box usage

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
  • Prepare:
    • BRDs, FDDs, user stories
  • Maintain requirement traceability
  • Conduct training & knowledge transfer

Stakeholder Management
  • Work with SMEs, business users
  • Provide status updates
  • Support adoption & change management


The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $ 124543 to $177624 per annum.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
