Location Tampa, FL
PayUp to $40.00 an hour
- Training pay begins on 1st shift (minimum of 3 weeks)
- Eligible for annual increases and quarterly bonuses (up to 5% of annual pay)
- Overtime available and required as needed
Shift- 2nd: Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
- 3rd: Monday - Friday, 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Responsibilities- Emphasize safe work practices, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) and PPE compliance
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery, conveyors, robotics, and plant systems
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and adjust equipment
- Work with 120V, 208V, and 480V AC circuits; motor controls, VFDs, and soft starts
- Perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime and reliability
- Operate machine shop tools as needed (lathe, milling machine, drill press, grinders, saws, welders, etc.)
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, equipment manuals, and work orders
- Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair
Qualifications- 2+ years industrial maintenance experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical repair, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Experience with 480V electrical systems, VFDs, and motor controls
- PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
- Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stoop, and work overtime/weekends as required
