Plant Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring proper safety and compliances with MSHA safety regulations.

Build and lead efficient maintenance teams.

Conduct and enforce routine inspections and maintenance practices using the company maintenance program.

Conduct secondary crushing operations when necessary and provide production reports to improve operations.

Maintain best practices for housekeeping.

Possible Relocation Opportunity

Hours : Weekdays 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Annual Salary: $ 85,000 - $ 90,000

Job Requirements:

Experience in Leadership role with good team building and communication skills.

Experienced welder with knowledge of crusher, screening, gearboxes and conveyor equipment.

Must maintain reliable attendance.

Must meet company safety and performance standards.

Must pass pre-employment physical & drug test.
