Job Title: Maintenance Planner

Location: 1175 Martin Street, Greenville, OH 45331

Schedule: 7:00 AM to 03:30 PM; 30 Minutes Lunch; M-F

Description:

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of maintenance planning or maintenance experience in a chemical, petrochemical, or manufacturing environment
  • Experience with rotating and fixed equipment (pumps, compressors, reactors, piping systems, etc.)
  • Strong SAP skills.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling best practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, equipment drawings, and technical manuals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of safety standards (OSHA, PSM, etc.)


Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update SAP (computerized maintenance managed system).
  • Develop detailed job plans for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Review work requests and prioritize tasks based on safety, regulatory, and operational needs.
  • Create and manage maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and resource utilization.
  • Estimate labor, materials, tools, and equipment required for maintenance tasks.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure equipment availability for planned work.
