Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours and respond to emergencies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the maintenance team, including hiring and training.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure equipment operates efficiently and meets safety regulations.
• Coordinate with production and engineering to minimize downtime.
• Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and procurement of tools.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.
