Qualifications

• Journeyperson Millwright, Mechanical Technician, or relevant experience.
• Strong background in turbo machinery and industrial mechanical systems.
• Experience with boiler and steam generation systems.
• Demonstrated leadership in industrial maintenance environments.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance activities.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Perform hands-on maintenance work as required.
• Support troubleshooting and repair of boilers and rotating equipment.
• Manage work orders, maintenance records, and scheduling requirements.
• Coordinate contractors and external service providers when necessary.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure regulatory compliance.
