Job Title: Maintenance Lead

Location: Onsite Fiskdale, MA (5 days/week)
Shift: Days generally 7:00am-4:00pm (1hr meal), with some nights/weekends as needed
Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 per year
The OpportunityWe are seeking a Maintenance Lead who will provide first-level supervision for the maintenance department and support Molding and Engineering teams safely and cost-effectively.
What You'll Do- Orchestrate Production: Oversee the department to ensure safe, cost-effective operations
- Systems Management: Oversee maintenance and schedule daily repairs
- Schedule Optimization: Develop preventative maintenance, repair schedules and workflow procedures to maximize machine utilization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with technicians to complete all work orders
- Team Performance: Oversee performance management, evaluations, and feedback
- Problem Solve: Proactively gather information to decide on immediate process actions
- Drive Excellence: Coach and train team members to enhance capabilities
- Quality & Safety: Comply with safety rules and the quality management system
What You'll Bring- Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing an injection molding maintenance department
- Experience with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 systems preferred
- Strong ability to organize, delegate, and resolve conflicts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to analyze production schedules and maximize machine utilization
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- Visual acuity to read instructions and inspect produced parts
- Ability to wear full PPE in a cleanroom environment
- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to stand, bend, and reach for up to 8 hours per day.
