Full Job Description
This position will be responsible for selling, planning, coordinating, and managing industrial maintenance and outage services for clients, including Instrumentation, Electrical, and Mechanical services. The role will include developing customer relationships, preparing scopes and proposals, planning projects, managing contracts, coordinating with union representatives to obtain manpower, and overseeing project execution.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Selling maintenance and outage services to existing and prospective clients
  • Supporting Instrumentation, Electrical, and Mechanical service offerings
  • Developing work scopes, estimates, proposals, budgets, and execution plans
  • Planning and managing maintenance and outage projects from start to finish
  • Coordinating with union representatives to secure qualified manpower
  • Managing labor requirements, union-related contract obligations, and client contracts
  • Coordinating field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, tools, equipment, and materials
  • Monitoring project safety, quality, schedule, productivity, and financial performance
  • Communicating with clients, field supervision, union representatives, management, and project teams
  • Resolving field issues, manpower challenges, schedule conflicts, and customer concerns


The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial maintenance, outage, turnaround, or construction services, with a working knowledge of instrumentation, electrical, and mechanical field work. Experience with union labor coordination, project planning, project management, estimating, and client relationship management would be important for this role.
