Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional for a Mainframe Modernization role with strong expertise in React.js, Spring Boot, and z/OS. Candidates must demonstrate strong hands-on experience with all three technologies, with React.js being the highest-priority skill, followed by Spring Boot and z/OS. Candidates who do not have strong experience in these three technologies should not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and support modernization solutions integrating modern web technologies with existing mainframe systems.
• Build and enhance user interfaces and modernization components using React.js.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Spring Boot.
• Work with z/OS-based mainframe environments as part of modernization initiatives.
• Analyze existing mainframe applications and identify opportunities for modernization and integration with modern application architectures.
• Collaborate with technical, business, and cross-functional teams to design and implement modernization solutions.
• Support integration between modern React.js/Spring Boot applications and mainframe systems.
• Participate in application development, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities throughout the SDLC.
Required Qualifications

• Experience working on mainframe modernization initiatives or projects.
• Strong understanding of modern application development and integration patterns.
• Ability to work effectively across modern application and legacy mainframe technologies.

• Experience integrating React.js and Spring Boot applications with mainframe systems.
• Experience with modernization, migration, or transformation of legacy mainframe applications.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
