Job Title: Senior Specialist - System Management

Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a skilled Mainframe Developer to design develop maintain and enhance enterprise applications running on IBM Mainframe platforms
  • The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in COBOL JCL DB2 and CICS along with experience in incident resolution production support application modernization and Agile development methodologies


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop maintain and enhance Mainframe applications using COBOL JCL DB2 and CICS
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Perform code reviews unit testing integration testing and deployment activities
  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support
  • Optimize application performance scalability and reliability
  • Collaborate with business analysts QA teams and stakeholders
  • Prepare technical documentation job flow diagrams and support artifacts
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow ITIL processes
  • Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing initiatives
