Job Description

• 6+ years of IBM Mainframe experience.
• Design, develop, and support complex Mainframe applications in COBOL, DB2, CICS, and JCL environments.Experience supporting mission-critical production environments.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. - Strong Listening, verbal, and written communications skills.
• Advanced technical troubleshooting, diagnosing and problem-solving skills
• Organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects and/or assignments simultaneously
• An ability to research complex technical problems and recommends solutions
• We expect developers to act as a subject matter expert or escalation point on related technology

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $80000 to $90000

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
