Relevant Experience
Senior years of experience in Microsoft technologies, including hands-on delivery of cloud-based Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Microsoft Azure, and AI-enabled agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Technical Developer across Power Platform implementation, integration, automation, and AI agent development.
Technical/Functional Skills:-
Desired Skills (Must Have):
Development experience across Power Platform services, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, C#, HTML, .NET, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, RESTful web services, ASP.NET, and Power BI.
Ability to design, develop, secure, deploy, and troubleshoot Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, connectors, environment strategy, and governance controls.
Strong applied knowledge of Power Platform capabilities, boundaries, licensing considerations, environment strategy, data security, and solution lifecycle management.
In-depth knowledge of Dataverse capabilities, including table design, relationships, business rules, security roles, auditing, integrations, and use as an enterprise data foundation for AI agent scenarios.
Hands-on experience building AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, trigger phrases, generative answers, knowledge sources, actions, variables, agent flows, and publishing to channels such as Teams or web experiences.
Experience integrating AI agents with Dataverse, SharePoint, Power Automate, custom connectors, REST APIs, and Azure services to support enterprise automation and conversational business workflows.
Understanding of responsible AI, security, access control, data loss prevention, monitoring, analytics, and governance practices for production-grade Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions.
Good understanding of DevOps and ALM practices for Power Platform, including solutions, pipelines, source control, deployment automation, environment variables, and release management.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure services, authentication patterns, and enterprise integration approaches.
Experience in administration, configuration, deployment, monitoring, and support of Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio solutions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and explain AI-enabled solution capabilities to business and technology stakeholders.
Experience in stakeholder management, requirement workshops, technical documentation, solution walkthroughs, and delivery coordination in large enterprise programs.
Additional Skills:
Implementation, migration, or upgrade of legacy applications to Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio-based intelligent automation solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
Contribute as a Power Platform Developer in new programs, enhancements, proof of concepts, and AI-enabled automation initiatives.
Design and develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, connectors, and Azure services.
Conduct feasibility analysis and platform fitment assessments for business requirements, including AI agent use cases, automation opportunities, integration complexity, security, and governance needs.
Engage with internal teams, and client stakeholders on enablement, training, technical support, and adoption of Power Platform and Copilot Studio capabilities.
Build, configure, test, and publish AI agents with structured topics, knowledge sources, actions, agent flows, and integration points to support business process automation.
Implement Power Platform ALM practices, including solution packaging, deployment planning, testing, documentation, monitoring, and production support.
Generic Managerial Skills
Strong collaboration, ownership, stakeholder communication, analytical thinking, documentation, and problem-solving skills; ability to work with business users, architects, developers, testers, support teams, and Microsoft/platform teams in distributed delivery models.
