The high-performing Global Monetization Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using data analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. TikTok is seeking a Channel Sales Partner Operations and Enablement Manager to support TikTok's Channel Sales Partner ecosystem. This role will own the target setting, book building, contract and policy go-to-market with sales team, partner enablement, and performance insights needed to improve partner productivity, compliance, and predictability against business goals. Key Responsibilities - Business Operations: Manage target setting, book building, WBRs, QBRs, scorecards, performance tracking, issue resolution, and process improvements to increase execution velocity. - Commercial Contract and Policy: Support partner agreement workflows, commercial commitments, policy requirements, exception handling, documentation, and compliance tracking in partnership with Legal, Finance, Sales, and HQ and Central MSO Policy teams. - Data Analytics: Create dashboards and analyses to identify Growth Levers, partner maturity, performance gaps, risks, benchmarks, and Gap to Goal drivers. - Stakeholder Management: Align Sales, Partner Management, Legal, Finance, Product, Policy, and regional Operations teams on goals, owners, timelines, decisions, and next actions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s): - 3+ years in business operations, sales operations, partner operations, commercial operations, or strategy and operations. - Strong experience with channel sales, partner ecosystems, B2B go-to-market, or commercial operating models. - Strong analytical skills, including KPI design, dashboarding, performance reporting, business reviews, and data-driven recommendations. - Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive outcomes in a fast-moving, matrixed environment. Preferred Qualification(s): - Working knowledge of commercial contracts, partner agreements, policy operations, approvals, exceptions, and compliance workflows. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex commercial, operational, and policy topics for leadership and partners.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $108000 - $168000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
