Responsibilities

The high-performing Global Monetization Strategy and Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales and client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally across internal teams. Responsibilities - Lead a team which drives sales partnering, vertical strategy and operations to Apps and Gaming verticals in the US Enterprise org - Act as the thought partner to senior US sales leaders and provide high level strategic direction to Apps and Gaming verticals - Help the business and team prioritize effectively based on the company objectives and influence decision making across NA and global stakeholders - Identify revenue opportunities and translate them into concrete go-to-market levers by conducting rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis and developing deep business and market understanding; drive cross-functional programs based on the levers identified, track progress and measure impact - Manage vertical level business planning and ongoing business reviews: bottom up planning, forecasting, analysis, partnering with leadership teams in maintaining an accurate sales pipeline, revenue attainment tracking etc - Partner with central teams to define and authoritatively enforce sales and client policies; partner with counterparts in other sales channels and regions to resolve conflicts, all with a positive attitude and a desire to do what is best for the business as a whole. - Partner with central teams to craft vertical level incentive structures that incentivize specific sales and client behaviors. - Identify deficiencies in processes and tools and partner with internal teams to develop and implement solutions; drive the adoption of new solutions, as well as provide ongoing training and documentation. - Foster cross functional collaboration: Cultivating and maintaining strong working relationships with critical business partners (e.g. Sales, Product, Legal, Finance).

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - 5+ years work experience with 3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment & similar function (e.g. strategy & operations teams in other companies, consulting, finance etc). - Experience using data to create compelling stories that communicate key messages across the organization and to influence various levels of management decision making. - Experience working cross-functionally with various internal teams, including Finance, Sales, Systems, and Product. Preferred Qualifications: - Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, especially Excel and Google Sheets. Experience with data visualization software, BI tools, or SQL is a plus. - Experience using CRM Platforms(Salesforce, Dynamics, etc), Order Management Systems(Operative, Prisma, etc), and Compensation Platforms(Anaplan/Xactly/SPIFF) is a plus. - Excellent communication (verbal & written), interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to independently multi-task & help the team prioritize and manage time effectively. - Experience working in a fast-moving, often uncertain environment and adapting to changes.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $121600 - $220400 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
