Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end reverse logistics process from return request through final disposition and system closure.
• Monitor daily return volume, aging, backlog, exceptions, and service-level performance.
• Coordinate return transportation, warehouse receiving, inspection, grading, and disposition activities with Client SDS and 3PL partners.
• Ensure returned products are processed accurately and within established turnaround-time targets.
• Manage disposition flows, including return to vendor, refurbishment, resale, liquidation, recycling, and disposal.
• Analyze return reasons, operational failure patterns, and repeat issues to identify root causes.
• Develop and track corrective and preventive actions in partnership with internal teams and logistics providers.
• Drive initiatives to reduce return cycle time, handling cost, avoidable returns, and processing defects.
• Document and standardize operating procedures, controls, and escalation paths across return locations.
• Monitor return inventory accuracy, status, aging, and reconciliation between physical stock and system records.
• Investigate receiving, grading, disposition, credit, and inventory discrepancies and drive timely resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve asset recovery and minimize financial loss from aged or improperly processed returns.
• Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports, management summaries, and exception analyses.
• Analyze trends by product, customer, sales channel, warehouse, carrier, return reason, and aging bucket.
• Monitor Client SDS and 3PL performance against contractual requirements, SLAs, and operational KPIs.
• Present findings, risks, and recommended actions to management and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Escalate material service failures, compliance concerns, inventory risks, and financial exposure in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in reverse logistics, returns management, warehouse operations, inventory control, or supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present issues and recommendations clearly.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in consumer electronics, retail, e-commerce, or high-volume distribution.
• Experience managing 3PL or 4PL logistics providers and conducting performance reviews.
• Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, CAPA, or other continuous-improvement methodologies.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar reporting and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of inventory accounting, financial controls, claims, and audit requirements.
• Bilingual Korean and English communication skills are a plus.
