Location: USA - Carson, 990 E. 233rd Street Division: Air & Sea Job Posting Title: Supervisor, Warehouse Administration Time Type: Full Time Summary The Warehouse Administration Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the administrative staff in a transportation and logistics company. This includes managing administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and scheduling, as well as supervising administrative staff and ensuring that all administrative processes are efficient and effective. Duties and Responsibilities • Oversee and manage administrative staff, assigning tasks and responsibilities as needed. • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy. • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner. • Manage and maintain records, databases, and filing systems. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that administrative processes align with company goals and objectives. • Manage and reconcile expenses related to administrative tasks. • Manage and coordinate travel arrangements for staff as needed. • Assist in the recruitment and training of new administrative staff.
