As a Logistics Manager, you will lead the Logistics department ensuring plant and Company objectives are achieved in the areas of Safety, Quality, customer satisfaction, operational and cost efficiency, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement. You will actively participate as a member of the factory leadership team, helping to implement standards across the warehouse.
- Lead a team of warehouse associates tracking performance management, career development and operational goal achievement.
- Monitor and direct order management, warehouse shipping schedules and transportation execution to achieve on-time delivery and order fill rates.
- Responsible for staffing, scheduling and managing the warehouse leadership team.
- Lead development and implementation of warehouse strategies including policies, procedures and goals.
- Monitor costs daily and develop the annual department budget and ensure execution of plan to achieve cost objectives.
- Collaborate with divisional and corporate leaders regularly on company Logistics goal alignment.
- Evaluate equipment and facility upgrades to support continuous improvement.
- Develop innovative programs to continuously improve cost, quality and service.
- Collaborate with external business partners; vendors, carriers, other service providers.
Requirements- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Experience: 3+ years' leadership experience within a logistics, operations planning, distribution center or supply chain related environment.
The approximate yearly pay range for this position is $90,730 - $137,940. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
