Job Description:

1. Responsible for developing and expanding the company's business and customer base in the United States and the Americas, identifying and converting potential business opportunities and prospective clients.

2. Understand and analyze the supply chain of cross-border e-commerce and local customers in the United States and the Americas, staying informed of market dynamics, and accurately identifying business needs and market opportunities.

3. Accurately assess customer needs based on their specific situations, providing professional quotations, pre-sales solutions, project bidding, and business negotiations, while building and maintaining strong cooperative relationships with clients and continuously exploring and developing business opportunities.

4. Responsible for achieving targets in business opportunity acquisition, sales volume, profit, and payment collection.

Job Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in overseas warehousing and related business development. Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required.

2. Keen market insight and accurate customer analysis skills, with strong market development capabilities and excellent communication and business negotiation skills.

3. Excellent project management and communication skills, able to effectively coordinate internal and external teams.

4. E-commerce background, overseas work experience, and experience in related industries are preferred.
