Description:Logistics Analyst III supports the Program Manager Expeditionary Radars (PM ExR) Program Management Office (PMO) by providing logistics support to the PM ExR APM Logistics in preparation for Independent Logistics Review Assessments (ILAs) and in preparing other logistics-related documents, as needed.
Required Clearance: An active DoD Secret clearance.
Primary duties will include:
- Provide continuous Logistics support to the PMO/PO Logistics leads by developing or updating Logistics acquisition documentation, and sharing knowledge of DON, USMC and MCSC Acquisition Logistics of various ACAT programs and information necessary to support the Government's assessment activities.
- Provide continuous logistics support to the Logistics leads in the development of program readiness assessments, by analyzing supply and maintenance readiness for PMO/PO-managed equipment, evaluating historical data, identifying readiness issues, and recommending possible corrective actions or changes to reduce logistics-related total ownership cost or improve material readiness.
- Have knowledge of: Independent Logistics Assessment (ILA), Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS), Total Life-cycle Cost Tool Operational Support Tool, Life-cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP), I-type documents, Depot Source of Repair (DSOR), Property control, and Global Combat Support System - Marine Corps (GCSS-MC) to support new and existing PMO/PO Systems.
- Perform administrative and technical tasks to include coordinating, planning, and scheduling ILAs and Supportability reviews.
- Track ILA Reports (ILARs) for each program and follow-on action items to ensure completion.
- Monitor logistics taskers and consolidate PMO Logistician inputs to support overall PM responses.
- Provide Logistics Property Information Management support to the PMOs/POs. Adhere to established processes, procedures, and internal controls in order to ensure fiscal and physical Property Accountability, Visibility, Auditability (PAV-A).
- Review and monitor the program Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS). Analyze and deliver FRACAS data in the form of a FRACAS report quarterly.
Requirements- Possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
- 3-10 years, with a bachelor's degree, experience supporting Government programmatic planning, coordination, and execution of the cost, schedule, and performance of all aspects of Government programs. 15+ years of experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft SharePoint and the Microsoft Office Suite.
