Full Job Description
What We're Looking For:
The Logistics Analyst Advisor assumes a pivotal role as a seasoned professional within our organization, leveraging extensive experience and comprehensive knowledge of logistics operations, policies, and global best practices. This role focuses on enhancing logistics strategies and processes within an assigned region(s) with awareness and consideration of Zebra's global operations, while providing indirect cross functional leadership and project management expertise.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on global logistics practices, regulations, and industry standards
  • Lead and manage complex logistics projects with a cross-functional approach, collaborating with teams across the organization to drive operational improvements.
  • Act as a mentor and leader within the Logistics Analyst team, providing guidance, insights, and expertise to elevate their performance and professional development.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement effective logistics solutions that align with organizational objectives.
  • Consult on transportation law, compliance, and policy matters, ensuring adherence to global regulations and security standards.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies, cost reductions, and enhanced customer service.
  • Foster relationships with regional transportation carriers and partners to optimize logistics operations and build strategic partnerships.
  • Support cross-border transactions and intricate logistics arrangements, ensuring seamless operations and regulatory compliance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative logistics practices to drive continuous improvement.


Job Requirements
  • Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related field. Masters Degree preferred.
  • Minimum Work Experience: 7 years of progressively responsible experience in logistics, transportation management, or supply chain operations

  • Proficiency in logistics software and technology platforms.

  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. Strong working knowledge of transportation, import and export administration regulations including AES, C-TPAT, IATA, IMDG, NMFC, Incoterms, etc.
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Dangerous Goods Handling certification a plus
  • Professional certification in logistics or supply chain management a plus


Pay Range:
$96,800.00 - $145,200.00 Annual

Incentive Compensation:
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 10% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
