Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in at least one language besides English.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience in Localization QA (LQA).
• Background in localization production and project coordination.
• Familiarity with digital commerce environments like Wallet or Payment services.
• Strong understanding of online content production processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail with complex linguistic challenges.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality localized commerce content with limited supervision.
• Review localized content for accuracy and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with Localization Project Managers and vendors to maintain project timelines.
• Define quality expectations for vendor testing teams.
• Manage localized content entry across various systems accurately.
• Evaluate linguistic issues across languages and drive resolutions.
• Support delivery of quality customer experiences for global audiences.
• Monitor localization deliverables to meet timelines and quality standards.
