Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to provide substantive support throughout all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial and appeal. This role works closely with attorneys on case management, discovery, court filings, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment. Experience utilizing litigation technology, eDiscovery tools, and legal research platforms is highly valued.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Manage and support litigation matters through all stages, including discovery, depositions, hearings, trial, and appeal.
- Draft, proofread, and assist with pleadings, correspondence, discovery requests, and other litigation-related documents.
- Conduct cite checking, legal authority verification, factual research, and preparation of chronologies and case summaries.
- Coordinate court filings, service of process, deposition logistics, and trial preparation materials.
- Utilize litigation support technology, eDiscovery platforms, and legal research tools to organize, review, and manage case information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate, with a minimum of 5 years of litigation paralegal experience.
- Demonstrated experience supporting discovery, depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and trial preparation.
- Strong knowledge of court procedures, Bluebook citation standards, legal research platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines independently.
Compensation: $100,000-$125,000Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
