Ropers Majeski's growing and dynamic litigation practice has an opportunity for two California-licensed Litigation Attorneys with a minimum of two years of commercial and general liability litigation experience. The position offers flexibility to work remotely in the Southern California area.

Ropers Majeski's growing and dynamic litigation practice has an opportunity for two California-licensed Litigation Attorneys with a minimum of two years of commercial and general liability litigation experience. The position offers flexibility to work remotely in the Southern California area.

Skills and Educational Requirements
  • JD with excellent academic credentials
  • Minimum of two years of experience working on general liability matters
  • Ability to handle complex litigation matters from inception to trial, including motion writing, preparation of pleadings and briefs, managing discovery and written perpetuate depositions, analyzing professional liability coverage, and conducting legal research and analysis
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in both state and federal court proceedings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and e-discovery platforms
  • Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner
  • Current CA Bar admission in good standing is required
  • Current WA Bar admission in good standing is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary range for this position is $135,000 - $185,000, commensurate with experience
