Litigation Associate with a minimum of three years of general civil litigation experience to join our Las Vegas, NV office.
Skills and Educational Requirements- JD with excellent academic credentials
- Minimum of three years of general civil litigation experience. Experience defending commercial disputes, consumer protection claims, professional liability claims, and insurance coverage and bad faith disputes are a plus
- Ability to manage cases from inception through trial, including preparation of pleadings, motions, and briefs, managing discovery, preparing for depositions, and conducting legal research, analysis, and writing
- Experience with Federal Court is a plus, but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and e-discovery platforms
- Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner
- Current NV Bar admission in good standing is required
Compensation & Benefits- Base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000, commensurate with experience
