Job DescriptionLitigation AssociateWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Associate to join our reputable legal team in Vegas with pay ranging from 125K-175K. As a Litigation Associate, you will play a key role in assisting with all aspects of our litigation cases, from inception to resolution.
Key Responsibilities: - Conducting legal research and analysis
- Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Assisting in deposition preparation and trial support
- Managing discovery processes
- Communicating with clients and opposing counsel
Requirements: - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar in which the position is located
- Strong research and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in litigation is preferred
