Candidates from a plaintiff background are also welcome, provided they are comfortable transitioning to defense work. Salary Range: $175,000 - $195,000 / Year DOELitigation Associate Responsibilities: - Handle commercial and employment litigation, primarily in defense
- Take depositions and argue motions

Litigation Associate Requirements: - 4-6 years of experience as a Litigation Associate
- Experience taking numerous depositions
- Experience arguing motions
- Comfortable participating in mediations
- Barred in Texas
- Employment law experience is preferred
- 2nd chair trial experience is preferred
