Key Responsibilities:This is an individual contributor role within the Liquidity Management Services team in TTS. The role will focus on leading several key Pricing Governance activities for the Liquidity Management Services (LMS) business. The role will focus on the following:
- Overall management of LMS's pricing governance framework and support the quarterly pricing forum with LMS Management team
- Manage maintenance/ improvement/ enforcement of LMS pricing operating document
- Drive quarterly pricing detective control and monthly Economic Incentive Test review with clusters and influence consistent review of any pricing outliers
- Engagement with Treasury in multiple deposit and pricing related initiatives including high switching cost analysis to support LCR operating deposit qualification
- Implement and maintain global guideline on OFAC cash account pricing
- Establish global governance framework over LMS Reg W pricing and drive closure of CAPs owned by Pricing Governance team
- Drive other initiatives related to LMS's pricing governance
Qualifications:- 8+ years relevant work experience in Treasury, Services Product or Finance
- Product Management experience
- Ability to manage and influence within a matrix organization
- Competencies: Strong organizational and communication skills; resilience; teamwork
- Strong project management skills with experience in leading multiple workstreams
- Self-motivated, goal orientated, and with agility to pivot based on evolving requirements
- Highly organized, responsive, and proactive
- Very Strong analytical and technical skills
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proficient MS Access skills desirable
Education:- Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
