Company:Lippincott
Description:Role Overview Brand strategy is a discipline within Lippincott's Strategy practice, and it starts with some of the hardest questions a company can ask: what do we actually stand for, and why should anyone care? But meaning only counts when it's built, requiring brand strategists to work at the highest altitude and the finest detail, shaping the argument for a company's place in the world, then following it down into the words, structures, and signature moments that make it real. Done well, a brand isn't just an idea a company holds, but an asset that wins customers, commands premiums, and compounds in value over time.
As a Consultant, you're here to learn the craft by doing it. You won't be expected to have the answers on day one. But you will be expected to bring a genuine interest in brand strategy, ask sharp questions, and develop a real point of view, all while growing rapidly through hands-on coaching from people who've done this for decades. On any given day, you might be helping name a pioneering AI offering, repositioning the story of a major airline, or shaping a brand campaign for a leading cancer hospital. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the brightest minds in the business, building the muscles-research, analysis, storytelling-that the rest of your career will be built on.

What Makes You a Great Candidate - Equal parts head and heart - a blend of rigorous analysis and bold creativity
- Curiosity about brand trends and the business strategies behind them
- The ability to tell a clear story, whether writing, building slides, or presenting
- Comfort with ambiguity and a structured approach to open-ended problems

- Openness to different perspectives, with early signs of leadership and collaboration
