Work you'll do

As a Delivery Senior Consultant, Infrastructure Engineering Solutions on the AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for:

• Administering and supporting Linux and Windows environments with a focus on standards, documentation, scalability, automation, compliance, and security
• Troubleshooting infrastructure issues across systems, services, network paths, and logs to identify and resolve root causes
• Supporting enterprise platforms that use virtualization, containerization, storage, and networking technologies
• Applying structured problem-solving methods to complex incidents and documenting findings, actions, and outcomes
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational consistency, strengthen platform reliability, and support client delivery objectives

USDC professionals work out of one of our specific delivery center locations, and each location presents dynamic career opportunities for professionals to focus on their work with nominal travel requirements.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience administering Linux environments
• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting and performing root-cause analysis across systems, services, and network paths
• Experience with operating systems such as Linux, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and Windows
• Experience with infrastructure technologies such as virtualization, containers, storage, and TCP/IP networking
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

• Experience with Amazon Web Services infrastructure
• Experience writing Bash scripts
• Experience with Domain Name System
• Experience with IP networking
• Experience with Microsoft PowerShell
