About the job

As Lifecycle Marketing Manager for Gemini, you will manage and execute CRM strategies that drive user growth across Gemini's Apps (iOS, Android and Web). In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across marketing, product, policy, support, and engineering, as well as agencies/vendors, to design and deliver communications and experiences that educate and delight Gemini users at key moments in their lifecycle. You'll help users discover and adopt Gemini's most helpful features and make using AI a delightful experience. In doing so, you will also bring an insights and data-led approach to customer marketing efforts across the team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute the global Gemini CRM strategy and support the related Martech roadmap to enable user delight across multiple touchpoints.
  • Maintain and manage data structures across systems to ensure smooth orchestration operations, trigger-based automations, and one-off communications.
  • Utilize CRM analytics to drive customer-centric action plans and communicate results and insights to team leads and partner teams.
  • Partner with our Product, Design, Brand and Creative teams to ensure all touchpoints are on-brand and impactful.
  • Prioritize, test, and launch experiments and campaigns across a user's lifecycle, from acquisition, onboarding and activation, to feature adoption, churn prevention, and resurrection.


Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $141000 - $206000 (USD) 15% bonus target equity benefits
