Full Job Description
As a Lifecycle Marketing Automations Specialist, you will support the strategy and execution of automated programs spanning the full customer journey, from acquisition and onboarding through retention, loyalty, and reactivation. Youll be responsible for delivering localized CRM experiences from concept through execution, ensuring programs are relevant for your market while aligning with global priorities. Working closely with Global Lifecycle CRM and Technology teams, youll leverage shared platforms, data, and segmentation frameworks to execute regional programs that create meaningful guest engagement and business impact. This role is based at our North Vancouver headquarters, and may be hired remotely. Business operations occur on the PST timezone. The ideal candidate would be able to be in the office a minimum of one day per month If you were the Lifecycle Marketing Automations Specialist now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing: 3 Supporting end-to-end execution of programs across email and app, including campaign launches, product drops, seasonal moments, and promotional activations 3 Executing demand-driving automations including browse abandonment, cart abandonment, Email My Cart, back-in-stock, and guest acquisition programs 3 Partnering with regional merchandising, marketing, and ecommerce teams to translate commercial priorities into CRM campaigns that drive revenue 3 Developing creative briefs, build campaign wireframes, coordinate QA/UAT, and oversee deployment from concept through launch 3 Partnering closely with Global Lifecycle, CRM, and Technology teams to leverage shared platforms, segmentation frameworks, and automation capabilities while ensuring regional relevance 3 Supporting regional email capture initiatives and listing growth strategies to grow the addressable audience 3 Monitoring campaign performance and identifying optimization opportunities through testing, reporting, and guest insights 3 Contributing to experimentation initiatives that improve engagement, conversion, and regional business performance 3 Supporting CRM platform enhancements and new automation capabilities in partnership with Global teams Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future: 3 You have a Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or communications or a related field 3 You have 3+ years experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention marketing 3 You can work autonomously, while collaborating with others during daily meetings and standups 3 You are able to effectively manage projects, including management of schedules, asset delivery, changes to scope, and resources 3 Attention to detail is one of your key strengths 3 Experience building and deploying CRM campaigns and marketing automations using platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including campaign execution, triggered programs, segmentation, and QA 3 You have demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new tools and processes 3 You understand best practices for email creative and templates, segmentation, dynamic content and A/B testing methodologies to improve channel performance 3 Highly skilled in Figma, HTML, CSS, and UX design 3 You are always thinking in the shoes of the customer / consumer 3 You balance regional business needs with global standards, ensuring localized experiences while contributing to scalable CRM best practices 3 You are innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving 3 You are a strong communicator who can work with cross functional teams from other channels of the business 3 You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity 3 You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration 3 You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement 3 You seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right 3 Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it You are results-driven and have a passion for pursuing audacious goals Are you our next Lifecycle Marketing Automation Specialist?
