Job Description (General Summary)

This role owns the full life cycle of installed Hydrolox systems, from installation and commissioning through maintenance, upgrades, and long-term support. The Life Cycle Manager serves as the primary customer partner, driving reliability, uptime, customer satisfaction, and life cycle value through technical leadership, service execution, and business development.

Working closely with customers and internal teams, the Life Cycle Manager identifies opportunities to improve system performance, expand service offerings, and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

Position Accountability

Accountable for the success of installed Hydrolox systems throughout their life cycle, including commissioning, maintenance, service delivery, upgrades, modernization, and customer support. Responsible for maximizing reliability, customer satisfaction, and aftermarket growth.

Position Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for Hydrolox customers throughout the equipment life cycle.

Lead installation, commissioning, startup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities.

Develop and execute life cycle service plans focused on safety, reliability, and uptime.

Coordinate engineering, suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers to support customer needs.

Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for service agreements, upgrades, retrofits, modernization projects, and spare parts strategies.

Monitor system performance and recommend improvements that enhance operational efficiency and asset longevity.

Deliver customer training and technical support, both onsite and remotely.

Collaborate with engineering teams to drive product improvements and share field learnings.

Support the development and continuous improvement of Hydrolox life cycle services, tools, and processes.

Position Requirements
Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.

5+ years of experience in field service, commissioning, maintenance, project management, life cycle management, or related industrial roles.

Experience managing customer relationships in industrial, OEM, service, or aftermarket environments preferred.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical and electrical systems.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation.

Experience with industrial equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Understanding of reliability, asset management, and preventive maintenance principles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Working knowledge of PLCs, drives, motors, and industrial control systems preferred.

Proven ability to build trusted customer relationships.

Strong commercial awareness and project coordination skills.

Ability to influence cross-functional teams and identify customer value opportunities.

Experience with Rockwell Automation and Allen-Bradley platforms.

Leadership, supervisory, or project management experience.

Experience with OEMs, industrial equipment, system integration, or water infrastructure.

Knowledge of water intake systems, screening technologies, or conveyor systems.

Experience with service agreements, reliability programs, asset management, or aftermarket growth initiatives.
