Pay Range: $32.19/hr - $46.68/hr Position Summary The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Employee Health Services provides safe, cost-effective patient care using the nursing process and adhering to established clinical and organizational standards. The LVN supports employees throughout their health experience while maintaining strict compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and departmental procedures.
The role includes gathering and documenting accurate clinical data, adapting care to patient needs, and maintaining therapeutic nurse-patient relationships grounded in respect, communication, and professionalism. The LVN coordinates patient care efficiently and ensures documentation accurately reflects clinical conditions and interventions.
*Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years 20 experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for this role, including but not limited to, shift differentials, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities. Qualifications Minimum Requirements - One-year experience in an outpatient setting or physician's office is required.
- Occupational health or Employee Health experience highly preferred
- Must be comfortable performing injections and blood draws
- Graduate from an accredited school or program of vocational nursing.
- Current licensure to practice as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in California.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
