✨Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for Licensed Therapist at Sierra Ridge Academy in San Andreas, California

Nestled in the Sierra foothills of California, Sierra Ridge Academy located on the Sierra Ridge Campus is a licensed Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program that offers individual, group, and family therapy, as well as evidence-based skill and rehabilitation groups. Sierra Ridge Academy embraces a strengths-based approach within a least restrictive program model and normalized high school environment. Here youth become part of a cohesive, supportive, dynamic community of peers and highly qualified staff. Through Rite of Passage's Integrated Care Model, Sierra Ridge Academy provides a trauma-responsive program that is individualized for each youth.

Pay: Starting at $90,000.00 per year.

What you will do: As a LicensedTherapist, you will provide individual, family, and group therapy while overseeing the completion of treatment for students under their care ~ This may include services such as: clinical assessments, service planning, counseling, case management, record keeping, and service coordination with the multi-disciplinary team ~ Document and assess the effectiveness of specific interventions toward meeting the treatment plan objectives and goals ~ This position may require providing crisis intervention, as necessary and does require monthly progress notes, staffing reports, plans, and discharge summaries of all students within your care.

To be considered you should: Be empathetic, patient, consistent, compassionate, an honest work ethic, and treat others with respect ~ Have a desire to work with troubled teens ~ Have a California license as a LPC, LMSW, LCSW, OR LMFT ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

Schedule: 5 days per week:

Monday - Friday ~ 8-hour shift with 1-hour break.
