Associate Therapist

What You'll Do:
  • You will typically be assigned 30 patient sessions per week but must maintain a minimum caseload of 25 patient sessions per week.
  • Help clients set meaningful goals and work toward measurable outcomes.
  • Diligently track clients' progress and serve as an accountability partner.
  • Complete clinical documentation in a timely and legally compliant manner.
  • Actively participate as a positive and collaborative member of the clinical team.

What You'll Need:
  • Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
  • ACSW, AMFT, APCC
  • Completion of at least 1,000 post-graduate clinical hours toward licensure.
  • Strong commitment to building therapeutic relationships and achieving meaningful outcomes for clients.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A desire to grow within a group private practice and remain with us after licensure.

Rates:

Up to $40-$44 per clinical hour
