Minimum Qualifications:- Valid and current Nursing Home Administrator license in Texas.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing home administration or senior care management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations, Medicare and Medicaid requirements, and senior care best practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills demonstrated through previous supervisory roles.
Preferred Qualifications:- Master's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related discipline.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare technology integration.
- Experience working in diverse healthcare settings or with specialized senior populations.
- Proven track record of successful regulatory inspections and accreditation achievements.
Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of the nursing home, including resident care, staff management, and facility maintenance.
