Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Location: New Mexico
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Work Setting: Telehealth
What the Role InvolvesThis position focuses on providing therapy to clients across New Mexico through secure telehealth sessions. You'll assess client needs, help establish treatment goals, provide ongoing therapy, and keep clinical records current throughout treatment. The role also includes participating in clinical consultations and training, along with following established safety and escalation procedures when concerns arise.
Your Responsibilities- Conduct scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
- Complete intake assessments and diagnostic documentation
- Develop and update individual treatment plans
- Record session notes and care updates in the EMR
- Participate in clinical consultations and required training
- Follow established safety, risk, and escalation protocols
Requirements- Active New Mexico license: LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field
- Therapy experience preferred
- Strong documentation and organization
