Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Location: Michigan
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy services to clients throughout Michigan. This position offers a structured clinical environment where you can focus on client care, ongoing treatment, and meaningful therapeutic work through telehealth. The LCSW will support clients by understanding their concerns, establishing appropriate goals, and providing consistent care while maintaining professional clinical standards.
Responsibilities- Manage an assigned caseload and provide ongoing therapeutic support through telehealth
- Evaluate client concerns, strengths, and challenges to guide treatment direction
- Apply appropriate clinical approaches based on each client's needs
- Support clients in developing coping skills and strategies for improved daily functioning
- Maintain organized case records and complete required clinical documentation
- Participate in care discussions and follow established clinical procedures
- Identify changes in client needs and determine when additional support or resources may be appropriate
Requirements- Active MichiganLCSW license
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
- At least 2 years of post-licensure experience
- Ability to manage a consistent remote caseload
